David J. Schiller

David J. Schiller, J.D., LLM is a tax attorney having received his law degree in 1984 from the Rutgers University School of Law and his Masters of Law in Taxation from the Villanova University School of Law.

Mr. Schiller has clients throughout the country and practices exclusively in the pension, tax and estate planning and contract areas of the law. His activities include examining income division alternatives among professionals, valuing businesses for buy/sell agreements, drafting employment and shareholders' agreements and pay-out arrangements, establishing business legal structures, selection and implementation of retirement plans, and giving personal management advice for his clients.

Mr. Schiller has represented physicians and dentists and other small businesses in the greater Philadelphia, PA area since 1984 utilizing his expertise in pension, estate and general tax and business issues.

Billing Policies

Schiller Law Associates offers our legal services on a fee-for-service basis that is fair and equitable for all parties. Services are billed on an hourly or fixed fee basis. Out-of-pocket costs associated with specific client work are charged directly as pass-through expenses. To ensure our clients complete objectivity, there is no direct or indirect financial interest in the sale of any products or outside services. Schiller Law Associates believes in keeping our clients fully and continuously aware of the work and fee status. Therefore, itemized bills are prepared monthly for the services and costs involved.
